Healing Frequencies Meditation & Bathhouse

We gather for a nice dinner by Health Corner. And enjoy a meditative concert by Deniz Kavafoglu on hang and Stacey Griffin from Shift Meditation on singing bowls. By using rhythm and frequency, we can entrain our brainwaves to downshift our normal consciousness to a meditative state making it possible for internal healing to take place.

After we talk about specific frequencies like the Solfeggio 528 Herz. How do they occur in nature and what’s known about their possible health benefits? In the cinema there’s more to explore about this topic.

The Tenclub has an amazingly beautiful bathhouse with sauna and copper bath. Of course our bartenders can serve you a great cocktail as well. There will be a masseur to relax you completely.

Stacey from Shift Meditation about sound healing: “We live in a universe that’s in a constant state of vibration. From the movements of the planets to the beating of our heart. Every atom, cell, tissue, organ and bone in our bodies is vibrating and that vibration produces sound, whether or not the sound is audible to the human ear. This sound can effect every part of our being and is not only ‘heard’ through the ears but through every cell in our bodies. It makes sense then if we are all vibrating with sound that we can use it to promote health in our lives. Through sound, we can change the rhythms of our brain waves, our heart beat and our respiration, affecting our overall health. Sound healing is the therapeutic application of these sound frequencies to a person with the intention of bringing them into a state of harmony and health by balancing the physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual aspect of their being. It works by using interval and frequency to help move the body into balance and has been utilized in various cultures around the world for thousands of years as a tool for healing.” More info:
