At TenClub we’re looking for a Marketing & Communications specialist who wants to contribute to all marketing and communications around the programming of our events, drive engagement of our members, further strengthen our TenClub brand – and grow with us!
TENCLUB – The Art of Curiosity
TenClub ‘Society for the curious’ is a cultural organisation located in beautiful buildings in the heart of Amsterdam, where art and culture lovers, thinkers and innovators meet and celebrate humanity, in all its forms. TenClub programs events based on the fascinations of its members, ranging from a House of Music or a House of Dance to poetry evenings and debates on subjects that appeal to the imagination: everything the ‘Theater of Life’ has to offer. The events are also open to non-members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Marketing & Communication specialist for TenClub you have a wide range of tasks and responsibilities. These include:

- Development of appealing, creative storytelling around the TenClub brand. You are a brand ambassador and ensure the right tone of voice and strict application of the visual identity
- Content creation and planning and making optimal use of all available internal and external communication channels: from the existing website tenclub.nl, our own app (in development) and the social media platforms to email marketing. In addition, you are constantly looking for new ways to communicate.
- Preparation of content for the (external) event calendars in consultation with your colleagues responsible for TenClub programming
- Providing creative ideas for campaigns for the purpose of recruiting new members and commercially for ticket sales for events
- Driving communication to TenClub members, in close collaboration with the community manager (member communication)
- Measuring and analysing the effect of the published content and, where necessary, make plans to adjust and optimise the content.
