Slow Water Music

What if you could experience a single moment. Forever?
‘’Slow Water Music’’ is a live music performance by jazz pianist Mike del Ferro, trumpet player Andre Heuvelman and sound engineer wizard Frans de Rond. Combined with mesmerizing visuals of water and light created by Australian photographer Ray Collins, Photographer (National Geographic) and Dutch video artist Armand Dijkcks

International Award winning Pianist / Composer Mike del Ferro was born in Amsterdam. His father was opera singer Leonard del Ferro who sang and recorded with Maria Callas and Leonard Bernstein. He started studying classical piano at the age of nine and after falling in love with Jazz he pursued his studies on Jazz and received a Master in Contemporary Music at the Amsterdam Conservatory.

Photographer Ray Collins captures the magic that happens at the intersection of water and light. Each shot in this film was created from a single one of Ray’s original photos. The stills are transformed into Cinemagraphs by Armand Dijcks- a hybrid between photo and video – an infinite loop that makes a single moment last forever.

It is needless to say that this night will be an extraordinary experience within the walls of the never disappointing Mayer Manor
