TenClub App en tickets
Dit is het platform waar je je kaartje reserveert voor evenementen. Als lid is het gratis om naar evenementen te gaan; je hoeft alleen je ticket te reserveren. Als je je reservering wilt annuleren, laat het ons dan minstens 24 uur van tevoren weten via een e-mail naar [email protected] of laat het weten via het chatkanaal ‘TenClub Ticketswap’ in dezelfde app. Je kunt je ticket daar tot 24 uur van tevoren aanbieden aan andere leden. Als we geen bericht van je ontvangen, moeten we helaas de kosten van het ticket in rekening brengen.

Community
We willen een geweldige community-ervaring creëren voor al onze leden! Daarom vragen we iedereen om hun profiel in te vullen, inclusief een foto. Op die manier kunnen leden elkaar makkelijk vinden en hun passies en interesses delen.
Lidmaatschap Annulering
Mocht je besluiten om je lidmaatschap op te zeggen, geen probleem! Stuur gewoon een e-mail naar [email protected]. We stellen het ook zeer op prijs als je ons laat weten waarom je hebt besloten om op te zeggen, zodat we kunnen blijven leren en verbeteren.
Let op: In het eerste jaar kun je alleen binnen de proeftijd van twee maanden opzeggen. Na deze eerste periode wordt het lidmaatschap automatisch verlengd voor tien maanden en is het niet meer opzegbaar. Na het eerste jaar is het lidmaatschap maandelijks opzegbaar.

TenClub App and Tickets
This is the platform where you reserve your tickets for events. As a member, it’s free to attend events; you just need to reserve your ticket. If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance via email to [email protected] or through the chat channel ‘TenClub Ticketswap’ in the same app. You can offer your ticket there to other members up to 24 hours in advance. If we don’t receive a message from you, unfortunately, we’ll have to charge you for the ticket.

We want to create a great community experience for all our members! That’s why we ask everyone to fill out their profile, including a photo. This way, members can easily find each other and share their passions and interests.
Membership Cancellation
If you decide to cancel your membership, no problem! Just send an email to [email protected]. We also appreciate it if you let us know why you’ve decided to cancel, so we can continue to learn and improve.
Note: In the first year, you can only cancel within the two-month trial period. After this initial period, the membership will automatically renew for ten months and cannot be canceled. After the first year, the membership can be canceled monthly.
