Guitarist and composer Anton Goudsmit, one of Amsterdam’s finest forces in jazz, will join us on December 17th. Anton really is an inimitable fireball of creativity, who never fails to lock himself – and his audience for that matter – into an irresistible groove. We can’t wait to have him and you over for some intoxicating sounds, exquisite oysters and fine champagne.
TenClub’s Monster Room turns into Amsterdam’s one and only actual jazz club every Sunday afternoon. Our headquarters at Nes 116 bring the atmosphere Amsterdam’s jazz scene has been waiting for without knowing it. Small to medium in size, the room provides the intimate backdrop for the hot and steamy performances by your host and master pianist Bas van Lier, who invites national and international guest artists to perform alongside himself during these very special matinee sessions. With just one season behind us, we are grateful to see so many of Amsterdam’s jazz aficionados time and time again on Sunday afternoons.

Plentiful champagne and oysters will be available upon request during every single edition of House of Jazz.
