Tussen de oefeningen door deelt ze verhalen en anekdotes over Joseph Pilates, de man achter de methode die een enorme invloed had op hoe we nu naar beweging en gezondheid kijken. Geen ervaring nodig, iedereen is welkom. Trek iets comfortabels aan, neem je matje mee, en doe mee!
We beginnen om 19:00 uur met de les. Daarna sluiten we af met een gezellige picknick Potluck style, dus neem iets lekkers mee om te delen!
Let op: bij minder dan 8 aanmeldingen gaat een avond helaas niet door, dus tip vooral je mede-Curious en introducees zijn ook welkom. Hoe meer zielen, hoe meer vreugd!

For those who want to breathe, unwind, and recharge: tonight, Annemieke will guide us through a lovely Pilates session in the Vondelpark.
Between exercises, she shares stories and anecdotes about Joseph Pilates, the man behind the method that greatly influenced how we view movement and health today. No experience needed, everyone’s welcome. Wear something comfy, bring a mat, and join in!
We start the class at 19:00. Afterward, we end with a cheerful potluck picnic, so bring something tasty to share!
Please note: if fewer than 8 people sign up, the evening unfortunately won’t take place. So be sure to spread the word to your fellow Curious members and guests are also welcome. The more, the merrier!
