TenClub proudly presents Tantric Tricks for Curious Minds. Every first Sunday of the month we open our doors for you to dive into the art of playful connection and growth over the course of two unique 2.5 hour long workshops. During the break we will share a wonderful vegetarian lunch together. Wagner Kosisck and Linda Plaude will be our inspiring facilitators for today’s two sessions.

Workshop A: Tantric Theatre with Wagner Kosisck
Step into a world where theatre meets tantra and unlock the doors to deeper self-awareness and connection.

During this safe and playful workshop, we will use improvisation, acting and connection exercises to explore emotions, identity and the patterns that shape us. Throughout this journey, you will reconnect with your true self as you break out of old patterns and open gates to new ways of being.

You will learn to:

• Go past self-awareness by means of playful exercises which will help you explore emotions and identity
• Break out of old patterns and reconnect with your authentic self
• Build confidence, harmony, and deeper connections

Workshop B: Polarity & The Shadows with Linda Plaude
Discover yourself as you explore feminine and masculine energies and their dynamic interplay during this safe and engaging session. We will use embodiment practices to uncover the gifts and challenges of these energies, embracing the hidden parts of ourselves with compassion.

You will learn to:

• Explore the gifts and challenges of feminine and masculine energies
• Recognise and embrace hidden parts of yourself with compassion
• Balance power, fairness and attraction in your relationships

• When: Sunday, 10:30 AM–4:30 PM (doors open at 10:00 AM)

• Ticket price (incl. vegetarian lunch): €72.50 (non-members, incl. €2.50 day membership) or €52.50 (TenClub members)
