General Conditions Donations
You will make a donation to the following recipient: Stichting Theatrum Vitae, with offices at Nes 116, 1012 KE in Amsterdam, registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number: 66400864. Access: Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

DEFINITIONS
In these General Terms and Conditions, the following terms are capitalized and have the following meaning:
1.01 Payment: giving money to the Receiving Party;
1.02 Service (s): services that include: (Online) Donation Form;
1.03 Donation: giving money, or goods in kind, via various payment options to the Receiving Party;
1.04 Donation Form: means of making a Donation to the Receiving Party on behalf of the Receiving Party;
1.05 Giving Party: the private, government agency or company that makes a gift or donation to the Receiving Party;
1.06 Stichting Theatrum Vitae, with offices at Nes 116, 1012 KE in Amsterdam, registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number: 66400864.
1.07 Mission: The aim of the foundation is: to promote the general social welfare by means of initiating, stimulating, supporting and developing projects in the field of philosophy, including: – promoting human deepening, stimulating curiosity; – stimulating awareness of personal human fascinations of all kinds; – stimulating and organizing conscious self-expression and joint self-inquiry; – to consider human culture in a theatrical sense; – examining human dogmatics and truth-finding with a curious perspective; – the stimulation to jointly develop programs that can lead to broader human insights, and furthermore everything that is directly or indirectly related or conducive thereto, all in the broadest sense of the word;
1.08 Receiving Party: Stichting Theatrum Vitae.
APPLICABILITY
2.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to any Donation to the Receiving Party;
2.2 By giving funds to the Receiving Party, the Giving Party expressly accepts these Terms;
2.3 The Receiving Party reserves the right to change the General Terms and Conditions in the interim.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE RECEIVING PARTY
3.1 Donations will fully benefit the Receiving Party.
3.2 The Receiving Party is completely free within its articles of association to allocate Donations
3.3. Ownership of the donated amount passes to the Receiving Party after the donated amount has been credited to the Receiving Party’s bank account.
3.4 Liability: Receiving Party accepts no liability for damage on the part of the giving party as a result of the donation made by the giving party. The Giving Party indemnifies the Receiving Party against all claims from third parties for damage suffered by those third parties as a result of the donation of the giving party to the Receiving Party.
3.5 The Receiving Party takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure the communication, personal data, the electronic transfer of data and online donations and ensures a secure web environment. This concerns a best efforts obligation. Receiving Party does not accept any liability under this obligation.
3.6. All persons who are authorized to access the personal data on behalf of the Receiving Party are bound by the confidentiality of these data.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE GIVING PARTY
4.1 The giving party has the right to obtain information about the progress of the projects of the receiving party.
4.2 In order to conclude an Agreement with the Receiving Party, the Giving Party must be 18 years old. By entering into an Agreement, the Giving Party declares that it meets this age limit;
4.3 Giving Party only makes online donations with means of which it is the holder and which it has control over;
4.4 Giving Party does not provide a false name or identity on the Donation Form;
PAYMENT
5.1 The Receiving Party uses various options for Payment, namely: IDEAL, Sofort, Bancontact, Paypal and Creditcard. In addition, it is possible for the Giving Party to transfer an amount or set up a periodic Payment via his / her own internet banking application. The account number is IBAN: NL02RABO0316922978 in the name of Stichting Theatrum Vitae in Amsterdam;
5.2 Payment (s) are made via SEPA direct debit service (s) and payment provider Mollie. Costs per Payment: The costs of an IDEAL payment via Mollie are € 0.29 per Donation, the costs of a Bancontact payment via Mollie are € 0.39 per Donation, the costs for a Sofort payment via Mollie are € 0.25 + 0.9% per donation, the costs for a Paypal payment via Mollie are € 0.10 + the costs of Paypal, the costs for a credit card payment via Mollie are € 0.25 + the costs of the relevant card provider.
PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
6.1. Receiving Party processes the personal data provided by the giving party to the Receiving Party in accordance with all (legal) regulations regarding the data to be processed, including in particular the regulations laid down by or pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act.
6.2. These personal data are processed by the Receiving Party for the purpose of entering into donorships, for the acceptance and settlement of other beneficiaries, for informing about the progress of the projects, as well as to be able to comply with legal obligations.
6.3. The giving party has the right to check whether the data registered by the Receiving Party is correct, the right to correction if the data turns out to be incorrect, and the right to delete the registered data.
FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1 Are you dissatisfied with the services of Tenclub? We deal with your complaints and suggestions within ten working days. Mail the complaint to [email protected];
7.2 The Agreement and these general terms and conditions (including the formation, implementation and fulfillment thereof, as well as all disputes that may arise from this) are governed by Dutch law;
7.3 All disputes that may arise as a result of the Agreement and / or these General Terms and Conditions will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Amsterdam.
